Assess the contestant’s ability in critical thinking, creative design, pattern making, and sewing construction in the field of apparel design.

Tasks to be performed:

• Competitors will be creating an outfit
• Technical drawings must be completed by hand
• Candidates will create a pattern based on project provided.
• Industry sewing standards for garment construction to be maintained as equipment allows.
