- Ability to think on the spot, and design looks based on the client request with our ‘3 wishes challenge’ *3 wishes will be released on day of competition
- Colour application - cleanliness, speed, saturation
- Styling multiple textures of mannequin hair and using appropriate products and tools to do so
- Creating a finished look that is cohesive and modern
- Treating mannequin and model as they would a paying client
- Ability to stay on a set timeline without sacrificing quality
